Egg White Omelette, Grapefruit & Granola

grapefruit

protein granola (any brand you like)
-
yogurt, if calories available

egg
-
egg whites
-
red pepper
-
light shredded cheese
-
salt
-
pepper

garlic powder

Cook sliced red peppers on a pan with cooking spray on medium heat. Add salt if you like!

Beat eggs and egg whites with a whisk or fork until blended. Add seasonings.

Pour eggs into the pan with red peppers. Cook on medium heat. you can flip it half way or fold in half. Add cheese for the last few minutes.

Serve with granola and grapefruit!
